Our offices are currently open to all patients. We are taking all necessary health precautions to ensure the safety of our patients and staff. We encourage our patients to wear a mask in their session. If you feel sick please stay home. We ask that when you arrive at our facility that you call the front desk to notify them of your arrival. We will send someone out to meet you, take your temperature, and escort you to your appointment.  We are committed to ensuring the health and safety of all of our patients.

Real Hope Real Help is providing Teletherapy with telephone and video sessions to accommodate patients that wish to schedule appointments but are unable to leave their homes because of concerns or illness. Visiting Us for the First Time 

We are currently accepting new patients and in-network with many insurance plans. For your first appointment, please bring your insurance card, driver's license or ID, and your completed registration forms. Medical Records

For us to provide the best care for our patients and future patients and accordance with state laws, medical records can take up to 15 business days to be processed and may incur a $25 fee unless considered continuation of care.

Medical Records Release

When would I need to request medical records?

  • If you or your child is a new patient, you are encouraged to bring the medical records pertaining to the reason for the visit in your first appointment. This may include records from your primary care physician and/or specialists. This is not required, but discussing pertinent items in your history with our providers can be helpful in your treatment.
  • If you are an established patient wanting to request records to be sent to Real Hope Real Help for treatment or progress updates.
  • If you are an established patient needing records sent to another entity such as another provider’s office, an attorney, or for personal record keeping (Please note that psychological test data is not part of a patient’s record, and therefore requests for raw data will only be released to another mental health professional.)
