Virginia Neal, Psychologist, PhD, MA, MS

One of my major attractions to the field of psychology is the opportunity to help others. In addition to working with a variety of people, I like the opportunity for new challenges, helping people grow as individuals, and learning new things about a client that may enable me to be more effective. I provide services to young children, teens, adults, and older patients. My approach is often solution focused. I provide psychological testing, personality evaluations and enjoy working with new mothers who are adjusting to parenting a newborn. I provide play therapy to young children who suffer from anxiety or depression.

I have over 20 years experience as a psychologist. I have worked with ages 2 to throughout the lifespan. In addition to working with individuals with grief and loss, panic and social anxiety, and trauma disorders, I especially like working with children and teens who need help with their behavior at home and at school.

If help is needed to manage anger or to parent a difficult child, please feel free to reach out to me as I have a great deal of experience in both areas of focus.
